Once you have decided on a company name we can register your limited company. A limited company is a general form of incorporation that limits the amount of liability undertaken by the company’s shareholders. This means that the company exists independently of you as the business owner and you are only liable for the amount of capital you invest into the business personally.

To register a limited company in the UK you must have a registered business address in the UK. This is an official address but is not necessarily where you will do business. Official documentation will be sent to this address.

UK companies can end in Ltd or Limited. This is simply a matter of preference. We cannot guarantee that your name is available for registration, however, if it is taken we can make suggestions for alternative names. We also offer optional trademark and domain search services which we will discuss at your onboarding session.

Once registered, you will receive a Certificate of incorporation. This is conclusive proof that you have registered your company and it will show the date of your registration and your new company number.

Having a business landline telephone number displayed on your website adds credibility to your company. It makes the company look more professional.
